The physicians at Selma Medical Associates, Inc. are all board certified or eligible. In September 2000, Selma Medical Associates, Inc. opened the first private practice Nuclear Cardiology Lab in Winchester. Today, the Cardiovascular Center at Selma provides Carotid Ultrasounds, PVR/Arterial Duplex Scans, Exercise Stress Tests and Cardiolite Stress Tests. Today, Selma Medical Associates, Inc. has all of its divisions and ancillary services under one roof thanks to an expansion that was completed in 2003 that more than doubled the space at our Winchester facility. Although Selma is a relatively large group, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and continuity of care.

PRIMARY CARE FIRST PROGRAM
Dear valued patients,
For the last three years, Selma Medical Associates has been participating in an alternate payment structure with Medicare called Primary Care First in an endeavor to strengthen the delivery of primary care in our community. Selma is now withdrawing from the Primary Care First program at the end of the year. This will not in any way affect your relationship with your doctor, Selma Medical Associates, or with Medicare and requires no changes on your part. If you have questions about Selma leaving the Primary Care First Program, please contact Erin at 540-542-6111.
