COVID-19 VACCINE INFORMATION

Working in conjunction with the Lord Fairfax Health District, Valley Health is establishing points of distribution for the Corona vaccine. This vaccine clinic is for the following specific groups.

Age 75 and older. In keeping with the Lord Fairfax Health District practices, cohabitating spouses of people age 75 and over may also get a vaccine if they are age 65 and over.

Phase 1A healthcare workers and frontline essential workers in phase 1b: Police, Fire, Hazmat, Corrections and Homeless Shelter Workers, Childcare/PreK-12, Teachers/Staff

Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID that indicates why you fall in one of the groups above. For example, if you work with a school system, bring your employee ID badge, and if you are 75 and older, please bring ID with your date of birth.

Wear short sleeves or a shirt to provides access to your upper arm easily and be prepared for the vaccine process to take about an hour.
