Larry Wolfgang is a Physician Assistant at the Selma Heart Center, where he provides patient-centered care in general cardiology and the peripheral venous disease clinic. He brings a strong clinical background and a thoughtful, individualized approach to caring for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Larry earned his Bachelor’s degree as a Physician Assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA, and his Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Physiology from Penn State University, where his studies focused on the neurogenic regulation of chronic hypertension. His clinical interests include peripheral venous disease, advanced heart failure, and stroke.
Drawn to cardiology by a fascination with the complexity of the human body, Larry is passionate about continually learning and applying new approaches to improve patient outcomes. He is committed to delivering care that aligns with each patient’s unique goals and priorities, taking the time to listen, educate, and ensure patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plans.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping, golfing, skiing, and scuba diving.
